ESOP Retirement Program
When you join iGOV you share company ownership with the team. The iGOV ESOP program is in addition to the 401k benefit and enables employees to earn ESOP stock ownership through daily efforts that help iGOV succeed. Unlike the 401k, there is no annual contribution. Rather, employees receive an allocated amount of iGOV stock annually. Simply put, the longer you stay, the more shares you earn.
