iGov is continually searching for new technology that can benefit customers. We evaluate competing products to determine which offers best value, and incorporate newly vetted technologies into our IDIQ offerings.
As an experienced value added reseller (VAR) and systems integrator, iGov has developed a streamlined supply chain built on strategic partnerships with tier-1 OEMs and distributors, and we also maintain visibility into our tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers. Our ISO 9001 certification reflects our commitment to continuous process improvement, driving efficiencies in all functional process areas from quotation development to final delivery. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools enable us to streamline supply chain processes and meet our quality objectives of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
iGov understands the rapidly evolving life cycles of COTS products in today’s high-tech environment, and we strive to remain at the forefront of emerging technologies. We work proactively with our suppliers to obtain product roadmaps and advanced notification of EOS/EOL dates. Through our ongoing R&D, we evaluate and test next generation products for insertion into future program baselines. Our active EOS/EOL product management and proactive R&D efforts demonstrate our commitment to continuously enhancing the form, fit, and function of our product offerings.
iGov maintains a large manufacturing and warehouse facility in Tampa, Florida. We retain capability, capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness (C2E2) for large-scale product inventory and management. We can mass-produce and deliver any size quantities of systems and components, and units attain Initial Operational Capability (IOC) during FRP.
PEITSS MCS Block 2
iGov offers the C2E2 of LRIP via proof-of-design, small-quantity production. This affords our customers a low-cost, low-risk option to build confidence before transitioning to FRP, and is usually the first step in transitioning from customized, hand-built prototypes to the final mass-produced end product. An LRIP phase also serves as a production test phase for proofing assembly, integration, and test methods before they are used in mass production.
