iGov, an NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Trusted Integrator (TI), recently supported the United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command’s (MARCENT) “CSfC Pathfinder” project in achieving Full Operational Capability (FOC). “iGov is excited to continue our ongoing partnership with MARCENT to provide enhanced CSfC Trusted Integration services” stated Dr. Stephen Carlton, iGov’s Vice President of the Program Management Office.
In a collaborative effort, MARCENT and iGov developed and deployed a CSfC suite which provides unclass laptops wireless, transport agnostic, simultaneous access to multiple network enclaves, to include but not limited to, NIPRNet and SIPRNet. The CSfC suite is approved by both the NSA’s CSfC registrars’ office and the Defense Security/Cybersecurity Authorization Working Group (DSAWG) and has an Authority to Operate (ATO) from the HQ Marine Corps C4 Cyber office.
The United States Marine Corps is leveraging MARCENT’s solution and achieving several enterprise objectives that include:
- A compact CSfC gateway capable of supporting 200+ users and scalable
- A Cross Domain Access Solution (TTC-R) can be run on virtual machines in the grey gateway
- Distribution of the Operations Center to reduce critical mass and vulnerability
