iGov, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions and services, was awarded a position on the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) $11.9 billion J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 contract, which has a five-year base term and one option period of five years.
The JETS 2.0 contract vehicle is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, through which iGov and 84 other awardees will provide the DLA and other Department of Defense programs with support services for their IT applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and research-and-development projects.
“We are honored to be one of the chosen companies for the JETS 2.0 contract,” said Chuck Reiche, iGov Sr. Vice-President of Business Development. “We have already positioned ourselves as a leader for IT service management and integration in the military defense arena. Winning this contract proves the DoD’s trust in our capabilities.”
JETS 2.0 is a follow-on to the initial $6 billion JETS contract vehicle initiated in 2016. It gives small companies like iGov a one-of-a-kind opportunity to expand their line of business by working directly with the DLA Information Operations enterprise.
“We are excited to work with the DLA. We appreciate the opportunity they have given us to expand our growing line of services, and to compete on a larger scale for technology services type projects and programs.”
