Guiding Strategic Technology Decisions

• Trusted Integrator Status: As an NSA-certified CSfC Trusted Integrator, we have provided senior systems integration support and technical expertise to customers, managing the submission, maintenance, and renewal of multiple Capability Packages (CPs). This accelerates the deployment of classified capabilities by expertly navigating the complex CSfC process.

• Proactive Obsolescence Management: In our role in providing obsolescence engineering for DMSMS, we systematically identified items that were either redundant, not required, or were approaching End of Life/ End of Sale. This included researching and validating alternatives that offered the same or additional capabilities at no additional cost.

• Technology Roadmaps and Insertion: On the USSOCOM T-REX program, our OEM management strategy featured early EOL notification and actively influenced USSOCOM’s equipment designs. We also performed technology insertion of our secure wireless Radio Access Point (RAP) on the MCH program. This ensured the long-term viability of equipment designs and provided enhanced secure wireless capability at no additional cost to the Government.

Pioneering Policy and Process Transitions

iGov’s consulting acumen extends beyond technical hardware and software to the foundational policies that govern secure operations. We provide the strategic guidance necessary to navigate major shifts in the DoD’s compliance landscape.

For USSOCOM, iGov played a critical advisory role in the transition from the Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the TACLAN Family of Systems. We developed fully versed expertise in RMF requirements, demonstrating our ability to provide strategic guidance beyond simple implementation and ensure continuous operational compliance. This showcases our deep understanding of the regulatory environment and our commitment to mitigating policy transition risk for our customers.
