Our extensive experience is demonstrated by our 14-year tenure as the prime contractor for USSOCOM’s Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) Program, where we provided unwavering security management for complex, distributed networks.
Securing the Enterprise by the Numbers
Our proactive approach to cybersecurity is quantifiable. For the TACLAN program, our dedicated team managed a massive and continuous volume of security requirements, ensuring systems were hardened against evolving threats. On an annual basis, this included:

• 2,245 Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs): We meticulously applied and validated thousands of DoD-mandated configuration standards across the enterprise, hardening every layer of the technology stack from the operating system to applications.
• 464 Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts & Bulletins (IAVAs/lAVB’s): We provided rapid, precise, and documented patching and remediation for hundreds of critical vulnerabilities each year, safeguarding mission-critical systems and ensuring operational integrity.

Over the life of the program, we maintained the security posture for 895 unique software configuration items, proving our ability to manage cybersecurity at scale without compromising performance.

Pioneering Security for the Tactical Wearable
Beyond large-scale enterprise networks, iGov is a trailblazer in securing next generation tactical devices. For USSOCOM’s Field Computing Device – Wearable (FCD-W) program, we achieved a critical cybersecurity breakthrough.
By forging a unique partnership between Samsung USA, Google, and the USSOCOM J63 cybersecurity staff, iGov pioneered the development and cybersecurity accreditation of custom Android operating system images. This achievement allowed for the deployment of hardened Samsung devices in classified tactical environments, delivering secure, mission-specific capability directly to the operator. This effort showcases our ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems and rigorous DoD accreditation processes to deliver innovation where it matters most.
