Overview
JETS is a multiple-award IDIQ contract that provides the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, systems, and research and development across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support will be provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance, and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance, and technical support; and lifecycle management. It also supports administrative program management support for IT program offices and the DLA Information Operations (J6) Office.

Overview
As the prime services provider for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) network, iGov delivers comprehensive, expert-level support through a combination of on-site and off-site personnel. Since 2019, we have partnered with MARCENT to build out and sustain their current CSfC infrastructure, which enables secure wireless and remote user access. Our support model features three full-time, on-site CSfC engineers who function as the dedicated Tier-3 helpdesk. Our on-site SMEs possess deep expertise in CSfC system architectures and are responsible for root cause analysis, debugging, and resolving critical problems. As an NSA-certified Trusted Integrator, we also provide senior-level systems integration and sustainment, managing the submission, maintenance, and renewal of multiple MARCENT and USMC Capability Packages (CPs), including Mobile Access, Data-at-Rest, and Tactical CPs.

Overview
On the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) TACLAN program, iGov provided comprehensive, end-to-end lifecycle services for a globally deployed tactical C4ISR enterprise. Our tactical network support included a full-service help desk and CONUS/OCONUS Field Service Representatives (FSRs) who provided a 24x7x365 response capability, successfully resolving over 4,000 technical support tickets over the life of the contract. Our team sustained and modernized thousands of fielded systems, integrating new software, operating systems, and cybersecurity updates across hundreds of releases. Through comprehensive logistics, training, and technical support, iGov delivered over 21,000 TACLAN kits and ensured maximum readiness for Special Operations Forces around the world.
